Kids love to dress up – at least my kid does. His Halloween costumes have a tendency to live year round in his toy room as dress up gear so I love when we find good quality items that will stand the test of time. We have definitely found that in Aeromax Toys who gave us an adorable Firefighter costume to review that my three year old will be donning proudly for Halloween this year and around the house before and after.
I was so impressed with the quality and details of this Firefighter costume, which is available for kids as young as six months all the way up to adult sizes for us parents (prices vary by size) – it is truly like nothing I have ever seen before. Real buckles, zippers and pockets adorn the coat as well as adorable and authentic “gauntlet cuffs” that my husband mused is probably in an effort to make sure the fire fighter’s sleeves can’t slip over their hands? I bet they come in handy when touching hot door knobs, etc., too. Either way they look fantastic on my son and I am tickled pink over the heavy duty quality of this outfit that can probably handle anything my son can dish out to it – and children are not known for being gentle on their things!
I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant picking out a costume this far before Halloween as I know kids can grow a LOT but with the help of their size chart I was able to easily pick the right size for him. He is three years old and their next size up was made to fit four and five year olds. Sure he might grow between now and Halloween but certainly not enough to wear something a five year old might! Still, I definitely recommend looking at the size chart which includes measurements as well as ages.
The outfit came with the cute yellow fire fighter hat but they are also available separately, as are cute boots. And of course Aeromax has costumes of all kinds – I’m pretty sure you can find something for any of your kids here – and yourself, too! Aeromax has won several awards for their dress up clothes including Family Fun’s Toy of the Year, Nick Jr. Top 50 and the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio’s Platinum Award.
I’d definitely recommend Aeromax to anyone looking for a costume that will last longer than a few hours for trick or treating.

My son loves costumes too. Thanks for the review!

Again, thanks for posting this! We’re looking for another firefighter costume for our household as BigBrother just outgrew our 2-4 year old one. (His also had the cute thumb cuffs, just like daddy!) In fact, when I hit the site that you sent, I was thrilled to see it. Why? It’s the brand we have, though ours was a hand me down and we didn’t know the brand! Now we know! And can order the tan one to match daddy’s!
Thanks for helping us out!

What an adorable costume… he looks so cute, and like he cannot wait for Halloween. I bet he’ll be the best dressed in your neighborhood. Thanks for the review and the link. I love the little policeman costume on the site.

That costume is just adorable. Love those cuffs – really smart little detail for a kid’s costume! Do you know who the manufacturer is?

I have seen those holes for the thumbs more and more now. My aunt actually got me a sweatshirt with that built into the sleeve. It’s quite useful!
