When they take out a bad ingredient, they usually replace it with another bad one. For instance, when Arnolds takes out High Fructose Corn Syrup, they replace it with Splenda (Sucralose), which is the latest brain tumor causing sweetener. Yes, it is bad, just like Aspartame. If thats not bad enough, check the packages for Guar Gum which is banned in some countries, and groups are pressing the FDA to do the same. Its in many breads, ice cream, and others. Not to mention the preservatives which is commonly used in plastics. My advice is to write down ingredients. Go home. Research each one on the internet to find out more. You will be startled at what you learn. American food companies are relentless and care only about profit, NOT HEALTH. Its a gimmick to get you to buy. So while you THINK youre eating healthy, you are not. NO PROCESSED FOOD. NO FLOUR. NO SUGAR. < Its the only good diet. PLUS. Saturated Fat is GOOD. Cholesterol is GOOD. Both are necessary and 40G of Saturated is much better than 3G of TRANS FAT anyday. Years ago lobbyists pushed transfats on us and gave saturated fat and cholesterol a bad name. But they are completely healthy. Also, the only good oils out there include OLIVE, GRAPESEED, and PALM KERNEL. All others are either poisoned at the factory or already contain posion. I went to their site and they have many delicious sounding breads (from Whole Grain White to various flatbreads, fruit breads, Brick Oven Premium breads, and too many more to mention). We have a Bunny Bread factory in our city, but Arnolds seems to have a much better variety of quality breads. .-= Larry H.
